There are numerous issues with Word handling its own RTF
With Word 2013 I think, maybe earlier, Word both shifted its original format to an import module *and* desupported it. Afterward numerous bugs in the importer were found. Some were fixed.
One not fixed was multiple problems with graphics. Itll even crash under some conditions, after saving the doc in its own new format. Sometimes its a problem with picture size. But I have no rhyme or reason for it.
The Notes client is better than the server at exporting images in Notes RT, too. Check the relevant dll to see that youre using one with a "2" ending its name. That is, "nxrtf2" in the Basic code, not "nxrtf". If youre running onserver, copy the dll over. There may be other "2" dlls itll need, so copy em all.
